Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Please ensure your contact number is active so our delivery partner can reach you.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all states and union territories across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Deliveries are available across metro cities, tier-2, and tier-3 cities.
  • Remote or difficult-to-access areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
  • We use trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Ecom Express, or similar services.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai): 3–5 business days.
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 business days.
  • Remote Areas & North-East India: 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your order on the respective courier partner's website.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Failed Deliveries & Returns to Origin

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the package will be returned to us.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After failed attempts, the package may be returned.
  • In case of a returned shipment, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund for genuinely damaged items.
  • In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will raise a complaint with the courier and resolve it within 7–10 business days.
