At Glowby Muskan, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something goes wrong with your order, we're here to make it right. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligible For Refund/Return
- Damaged or broken product received.
- Wrong product delivered to you.
- Product seal broken on arrival (unopened by you).
- Product not delivered but marked as delivered.
- Significantly different from product description.
Not Eligible For Refund/Return
- Product opened and partially/fully used.
- Dislike of fragrance, texture, or colour.
- Dissatisfied with results after use.
- Request made after 48 hours of delivery.
- No proof of damage (photo/video) provided.
Return & Refund Window
We accept return and refund requests within 48 hours of delivery for eligible cases only. Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained unless there are exceptional circumstances.
To initiate a return, you must contact us via WhatsApp or email with clear photos or a video of the issue within the return window.

We Review Your Request
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility.
Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- UPI / Net Banking / Card refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI — please share your bank details when contacting us.
- We will notify you via WhatsApp/email once the refund has been initiated.
Exchange / Replacement Policy
- If you received a wrong or damaged product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Replacements are subject to product availability.
- We do not accept exchanges for personal preference reasons (e.g., texture, fragrance, packaging colour).
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, before dispatch.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Skin Reactions & Allergies
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin. Apply a small amount on your inner wrist and wait 24 hours before using on your face.
Refunds are not provided for skin reactions unless there is a clear defect in the product formulation. Our products are formulated for general use — individual results and reactions may vary. Please consult a dermatologist if you have known skin conditions or allergies before using.
